Router/Modem setup: This service includes configuration and installation of commonly used home networking devices such as: Wireless routers, cable modems, DSL modems, Network switches, Wireless extenders, Access points, Mesh routers, and powerline adaptors.

$60 an hour.

Custom cable run: This service includes a custom length of common cable types (2 con/4 con speaker wire, Cat5/Cat6 wire, Coaxial). This service includes termination of cables into a keystone or finished tip. This service includes both interior and exterior wire runs, but does not include wire runs in attics or through any horizontal length of wall.

$90 an hour (+ $0.35 per foot of wire)

Smart home setup: This service includes setup and configuration of "smart" devices for personal use. These devices include: Personal assistants(Alexa, Gemini, Siri, etc...) Smart speakers (Sonos, Heos, Echo, etc...) smart lighting (Cync, Hue, Lifx, WiZ, etc...) and Smart cameras(Ring, Blink, Arlo, TP-link, Eufy, etc...). This service does not include PoE or BNC style wired cameras with Physical DVRs.

Computer Setup and Troubleshooting Services

Computer setup and installation: This service includes first time setup and configuration of a PC, Mac, Linux, iOS, or Android desktop, laptop, or tablet. It includes assistance in creating or recovering accounts for Microsoft, Apple, or Google. This service includes installation of all desired software as well as connecting all desired peripherals(mouse, keyboard, monitor, speakers, case, screen protector). This service also covers troubleshooting for most problems, including: blank screen, non-functioning peripherals, software failure, incorrect passwords, error messages, frequent shutdowns, "blue screen of death" errors, and any other abnormal operating conditions of computers.

$60 an hour

Printer installation and troubleshooting: This service includes setup, configuration, and tutorial on proper operation of printers, scanners, and fax machines. This service includes connecting these devices to computers or networks for wired or wireless operations. This service does not include removing dried ink from ink lines or repairing physical damage to the printer or fax machine internal components.

$60 an hour

Data transfer and recovery: This service includes transfer of data from one device to another, either from phone to phone, tablet to tablet, computer to computer, or any combination of devices. This service includes recovering lost or corrupted data from a computer, external drive, tablet, or cell phone. Data recovery is not guaranteed to have a 100% success rate as many factors can affect storage devices viability.

$60 an hour.

Other Services

Personal Tech competency training: This service is a crash course in how to use everyday electronics. We answer questions on common topics like: How to use email. How to print documents and photos. How to make and receive video calls. How to create and open word documents, powerpoints, and excel spreadsheets. This service is for someone who wants to know a little of everything. This is a group training session for groups of up to 10 people and typcially takes around 2 hours.

$100 an hour

One-on-One training: This service is for everyone who has questions. A personal Q&A session where you have questions and we have answers. A wide knowledge base of many things tech related. TV and streaming and remote operation. Computer information including Email, productivity software, and general operation. Password recovery and reset, Cell phone basic and advanced operation. Ask as many questions as you want for a standard hourly fee.

$60 an hour.

Consultation: This service is recommended for most larger jobs. This service includes up to an hour of time for us to look at the job, answer questions about the prospective services provided, and provide you with an estimate and materials list. This service is not to provide training or troubleshooting, only to determine time and materials needed, as well as determine the feasibility of the job.

$20 flat fee (60 minute maximum)
